1. What kind of printer and inks do you use?

Our archival giclée prints are printed at the highest level on photo smooth natural white 100% cotton 300gsm paper. We use Epson UltraChrome™ K3 archival inks – the standard by which all other professional level ink technologies are measured and hand trimmed to size.

2. How should I care for my print?

Handle your print only by the edges. The oil from your fingers can affect the PH of the paper and reduce the archival qualities. Fingerprints on dark areas will show up as sheen.

Avoid bending your print – a crease will be permanent.

Keep your print away from moisture, condensation and humidity. Although our inks are water resistant, water can still cause damage.

If possible, allow a few days for your print to breathe and the inks to dry completely before framing. Select only archival (acid-free) frames. Wood frames treated with chemicals or paints can omit harmful gases that can attack the ink and paper.

Providing you keep your print free of dust, moisture and direct sunlight, it will last for many years.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship nearly anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you’ll be able to see if we ship to your country, or feel free to contact us if your country comes up as not available and we can get a quote for shipping.

4. How will my parcel be delivered?

For Australian and International orders that contain prints smaller than 1m x 1m, we use Australia Post for delivery. This means if you are an international customer your order will be delivered by your local postal service.

All prints are handled with gloves on, packaged with acid free tissue paper and in our 3mm thick tubes, which are almost indestructible. In saying that unfortunately once your order leaves our studio it is out of our hands so if you do have a print that arrives damaged we will do our best to replace your print free of charge or refund your money.

5. How long does delivery take?

From the moment you click ‘order’ it usually takes about 5-10 business days for delivery. If you’re wondering about the status of your order, you can always check with us by sending us an email to sales@dangerfork.com

6. What if I do not like my print?

If you do not like your print, no worries. You can return your print to us with in 21 days of purchasing to receive a full refund. The print must not be damaged and you will have to pay for the cost of returning the print.
